How many people has the 'radicalised remain' killed? Because you used Jo Cox as a comparison earlier but she was actually killed by a right wing terrorist that was pro-brexit.... She's the only person to be killed over brexit and it was a pro-brexit person that did it.

She was killed by a nutter who merely searched a few right wing classed material on the web as well as Japanese death sentences; spinal chord injuries and civil rights campaigners murdered by supporters..

I could just as easily say he was far left.

****ing childish and also, obviously unoriginal..people will just do this continually now thinking they are hilarious.

Well, yes. You can lie and say he was left wing but it won't change the fact that Thomas Mair pretty much blamed the left for all the world's problems and had ties with extremist right wing groups like EDL and the National Front. He supported apartheid and nazism and was obsessed with Anders Breivik and the KKK.

You can try to make out that Thomas Mair was a left wing terrorist but the facts show you up completely. He was a right wing terrorist and there's nothing you can say that changes that.

the reaching by some is getting surreal, anything to divert attention from the toxicity and danger of the far right

The problem is it won't stop at milkshakes and if people can't be safe going out to campaign for their chosen party then democracy really is lost

If people got off their arses and voted even if just a spoiled vote it is a better form of protest

I wouldn't care if someone threw milk shake on my fave's clothes. I certainly wouldn't clutch my pearls and get upset over hypothetical acid.

Plus it's the left so chances of them getting violent is low when compared to the right. Considering the rise of right wing terrorism, you're peddling fear at the wrong side.

Strange how people on the far-right are perfectly ok with Katie Hopkins saying that she would ‘use gunboats on migrants’, but they absolutely lose their **** when milkshake gets thrown over their heroes.

Hopkins was on TV and Radio
she is not a spokes person for the New Party

It's nothing to do with far right or left LT , it's just plain manners , nothing worse than an 'adult' throwing a wobbly and losing their decorum because they don't like someone or something.

No they were just nice people who dont want silly people trying to shut down democracy - most said they did not support Nigel but they cannot condone loutish behavoir and to his credit Jeremy agreed

Daniel-X 21-05-2019 05:26 PM

Farage is nauseatingly toxic and while I generally despise both him and Tommy Robinson as people, I can’t say these acts are any good. They’re getting UKIP and the Brexit Party exactly what they want which is people talking and free publicity.

I agree with the sentiment completely, Kaz, and don't agree with anyone throwing things at another person, but if we substitute "someone or something" in your post for immigrants, then you've just described Brexit!

You should probably save the outrage for real issues.

I understand with what you're saying Kaz but it was only milkshake and he deserved it (might seem childish but oh well) . When it comes to politics people get angry , and i really can't stand slimy weasel Farage! but i think this will just get him more votes still

I will agree though that someone throwing something or getting attacked can be dangerous .
Just look at these ridiculous ones, people are crazy ! .

Yes unfortunately. Spot on Daniel.

...nothing in politics in this country is good atm and it’s obviously showing in the frustrated public with things like this as well...it’s a completely politically divided country since the EU referendum, I feel....and sadly Nigel Farage has and is successfully using the country divide for his own gain......

this is it more than anything. Everyone is frustrated at the moment and they are going to do things that they don't normally do. No-one should be throwing anything, but I get angry at Farage all the time because beneath it all, Farage is a slimy, incompetent crook
