yes Michael, but these are last few days of that extreme heat i had read

that said it will be few extreme hot days so everyone be careful in this heat, and if any elderly living with you or close by to you, take extra good care of them

I've wrapped my nanny up in her favourite cardie, given her a blanket and put her in front of the fire for the afternoon. :love: God love them.

You can't be too careful. x

The UK has had its hottest July day on record, with temperatures reaching 36.9C at Heathrow in west London.

The previous record temperature for July was 36.7C, and the Met Office believes the UK could still break the all-time record of 38.5C later.
