for me to respect police again, no more crushing people to death and police men getting away with that, make tasers a must in their equipment, also easier arrests with tasers anyway

they want us to stop flying, most of the population unless you fly for business, fly once or twice a year at most... so many other things people do on a daily basis that they could promote people pulling back on

Why don't they get some of their celebrity backers to stump up some cash so they can take out adverts on TV and at Cinemas, pare it back to 5 things people can start doing in addition to recycling and then move forward with another 5 in 3 months or something, get a website up and running, get the public on board, rather than pissing them off :shrug:

Apart from some people in some odd red costumes on a bridge who I am sure had a great time dressing up what is this achieving

WNF (world nature fund - wereld natuur fonds) has few teens here also protesting for climate, some organize ''meatless mondays'' or recycling plastic making straws for cold drinks etc

that sort of things is good for the cause, but i guess i could agree with some of these extinction rebellion people going to mcdonalds seems a bit wrong

Climate change is real (it has been for 4 billion years) but man-made climate change is, for the most part, just a myth and an excuse to set up a world government. There are environmental problems that do deserve attention but this gets way more attention than it is entitled to. These protestors should just go out and plant a tree.

To be fair, old John looked to be enjoying himself, and the Police didn't mistreat him as he would have been in other countries.
