When you say this, does this mean you were drinking/thinking about drinking every day?

Babayaro. 13-03-2020 02:36 PM

I'm just curious lol!

Eh not every day, but probably every other day :skull:

I find it easy to not drink/not care about drinking when I've decided not to though

caprimint 14-03-2020 12:44 AM

Day 2 complete :thumbs2:

Sorry it's your thread Stacey, but tonight I went on my first ever sober night out and managed to stay alcohol-free!

Although, I don't think I'll go on many more because it's not that enjoyable at all lol. Drunk people are unbearable when your sober, it's far too noisy and drinking more than two bottles of becks blue, etc fills your stomach right up! I knew if I had one drink tonight (which I was close to doing) then I'd keep going, therefore I'm chuffed with myself for not caving :)

...Caprikate.../...well done on day 2, you’re both complete stars.....

I wrote that anyone can join me, so feel free to post anything regarding this

Congrats, that's really great :clap1: As I said I did it quite a lot last time I stopped drinking and it became pretty normal I guess, but definitely enjoyed being tipsy/drunk more in that environment

Awful isn't it? People talk such utter garbage...

I do recommend at least once going to a nightclub sober. Just perch in a corner and observe. It's like watching a David Attenborough documentary, really fascinating!

Lmaoooo god I can only imagine what sort of hell that must be

It's bad enough being in a nightclub when drunk, let alone sober :worry:
