I had guy on Friday late evening so pissed he couldnt walk when he got out of his van and just now a bloke pulled up had a bottle in a bag had a drink and collected his satchels and hid his booze bag in the boot ~ everyones secretly pissed !

I did 2 nights with the Night Nurse to aid sleep and now just normal, slight sugar craving as normal.

Alcohol actually makes my sleep way more ****
