Anyone hear the guy ringing into LBC a few minutes ago ??

He told of his friend stuck in a Vietnamese hospital after 27 days and STILL positive as of yesterday !
They quarantined him after random testing of a group of people ... he then had a sore throat for 7 days then went downhill . 3 days on a IV drip then started to improve slowly . He’s had no symptoms for the last 14 days but they won’t release him until he’s had two negative tests .. he was still testing positive as of yesterday !!

Just as worrying is the guy in the adjoining bed who’s been in all that time but with ZERO symptoms but is still also testing as positive !!

This is a scary development to my mind and could be a game changer :(

He has said today
he still has a Fever
so will remain in his Downing St. Flat.

He also stated Good Weather
tomorrow but he wants you to stay at home?

Somehow I think many will go out
ignore the PM.

With the warmer weather coming now is time for stricter fines on those breaking rules

There was an article in leeds live about kids playing footie in the street...
I thought we were allowed excersise, and they were on the street they live not a park and well spaced out.

People are getting silly about it now tbh, shaming kids :/

I thought it was crystal clear, you can exercise with members of your own family, that is it...

Denver 03-04-2020 02:01 PM

Its attitudes like that is why people break the rules and continue to infect

Unfortunately it is because of people like this thinking the rules don't apply to them will mean we will be in lockdown until May at the very least

Yes but when kids see their mates in the street how do you enforce it then. They don't see any harm. And what should a parent do? Drag them away? Fining them is not a good answer.

A 13 year old had just died alone, and his family couldn’t attend his funeral as his siblings are showing symptoms that should be deterrent enough for most parents

It's a parents job to make sure their child not only follows rules but stays healthy as much as they can possible do so if they have to lock doors and windows so be it, sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind

As long as they are social distancing then the advice is excersise is fine..and they are literally feet from their houses.
People are allowed to jog and cycle there are 100s of those everywhere...(not being very safe I add) all over.

Locking kids up is not healthy.. how are they meant to exercise then? Or get any fresh air?
