silly cartoons do not preempt a random person being beheaded on the street.

Exactly, why should innocent people be murdered for others misdemenors.

(29 vs 58) In Turkey, 58% said never, 11% rarely while 18% said often/sometimes.
(44 vs 55) In Jordan, 55% said never, 29% rarely while 15% said often/sometimes.
(8 vs 90) In Tunisia, 90% said never, 3% rarely while 5% said often/sometimes.
(61 vs 33) In Bangladesh, 33% said never, 14% rarely and 47% said often/sometimes.
(33 vs 60) In Malaysia, 60% said never, 15% rarely and 18% often/sometimes.

Thats one but they did another weeks ago before the other attack

The other attack was due to a teacher showing caricatures of Mohammed in a school though?

the average from the list above who said they support terror often sometimes is 19%

the number of Muslims in the world is 1.7 BILLION (1,703,146,000)

19% of that is 323,597,740

That is 323 MILLION Muslims who support terror, thats a lot!

That is more than the whole population of the USA:shocked:

Well no, not really. Unless you ask every single one of them, then it's not accurate. This is the old Sam Harris argument of extrapolation. You also said you'd hoped it had changed in 14 years, and just a slight glance further down the page would have shown you it had and was still continuing to do so.

tbh majorities of those Muslims in either europe, or mainly muslim countries say it can never be justified which is good

the smaller percentages are probably those who are at point of being radicalised or are already radicalised

I work in a shipping company and we discussed it this morning during a meeting. These countries still let French goods go through their borders, so they're already paid. Some supermarkets don't put them on the shelves, but it doesn't go beyond that. And their commercial balance isn't in their favor. And because EU leaders stand with Macron, the repercussions might be bad for them and not so much for us.
Also in France right now, the hot topic is French muslim people agreeing with the ban but still getting money from the French government such as welfare etc That one they're not banning of course.

what sort of percentage of French Muslims agree with the ban would you estimate?

India comes out in support of Macron after 'unacceptable personal attacks' over Muhammad cartoons...

India has issued a statement in support of France’s President Emmanuel Macron, who is under fire from Arab countries following his statements about the controversial display of cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad.

India’s foreign affairs ministry said that it “strongly deplores the personal attacks in unacceptable language” on Mr Macron and that they are “in violation of the most basic standards of international discourse.”

“We also condemn the brutal terrorist attack that took the life of a French teacher in a gruesome manner that has shocked the world,” said the statement.

It's a concern, yes, but if the numbers were actually as huge as you present them, then there would be far more suicide bombings around the world. I take it you're not living your days in fear of being bombed? Me neither.

Not really, because you're straight back to the extrapolation problem. You can't extrapolate a poll of a couple of thousand people and come up with 323 million in big letters.
