Imagine waiting 64 years to get to a World Cup and giving it the big un about knocking England out then finishing bottom of your group, losing to Iran and not scoring a goal from open play :skull:

I would’ve kept him on. He was pretty close to getting that 3rd goal at one point.

Dogeatdog 29-11-2022 08:01 PM

Tbh I think we are very lucky that Senegal are missing Manè this year. If he was in their squad I think they would give us a real hard time. They’d defo have more confidence that’s for sure.

I think it's wise to save him for the next match. We're really going to need him.

Well the Foden & Rashford part didn't age well.

Tbf though I've had a similar thing happen to me in previous matches where I've slagged a bunch of players off and then they go and score.:joker:

Tbh I don't get why we didn't play like this against the USA? It's not like there's a huge gap between them and Wales.

Calderyon 29-11-2022 09:12 PM

England controlled the game most of the time and left Wales completely armless.

rusticgal 29-11-2022 10:45 PM

I actually thought Rashford had a dreadful first half…but he completely redeemed himself in the second….
Great performance….:cheer2:

Swan 29-11-2022 11:58 PM

Wales were schooled by England.......Who's laughing now?
