…(…I think …)…there may be an app to animate an avatar pic and I think that’s what you may have to do…/…choose a design and then create an animation with it…which is what the member has done themselves with the one you’ve posted, it’s their own design…a self designed original as it were …

But why does that sparkly one at the bottom work and not the others I wonder ?

…because that specific animated design was created by the the member themselves …which is what you may also have to do…(…I think…)…but there should be apps that you could download with instruction on how it’s done…
