This vid explains why Diddy settled Cassies law suit the very next day.

I'd bet this is the tip of the iceberg.

….Lord, that’s some serious anger/aggression …he really was in that red rage zone…Girth, you said that he settled a law suit quickly…is this not a criminal case of assault, then…?…

The woman he hit has apparently already settled the case and statute of limitations applies too.

They think it can be used in any future cases that may come up, if he tries to say he is a nice guy

LA DA are saying its too late for an assault charge to be filed.

The pictures speak for themselves- but without an official charge being filed then he's got away with it. She can sue him in a civil suit though.

Oooops forgot she'd already sued him.

…they were together for 10 yrs…so it would be very difficult to believe with that level of anger and physical violence that Cassie hadn’t felt it before and that this was a stand alone incident…Im glad that she’s free from it now and found love with her husband, Alex Fine…quoting some of his words in speaking publicly of ‘men who hit women’….

"Men who hit women aren't men. Men who enable it and protect those people aren't men," Fine wrote. "As men, violence against women shouldn't be inevitable, check your brothers, your friends, and your family. Our daughters, sisters, mothers, and wives should feel protected and loved. Men who hurt women hate women."

He is being too much of a do-gooder for my liking.:hmph:

But being honest, these guys that hit women are men, they're just a poor excuse for one.

…the intention of his words are that men who hit women are bullies and cowards…in doing it…?…they're not displaying anything other than …’I can because I physically have the strength to…’…and that isn’t a sign of power or control in any way, it’s a sign of loss of power and control…the exact opposite…I don’t see how her husband is being a ‘do-gooder’ by saying what bullying behaviour it is …

The do-gooder part was a joke.

The emoji was meant to be the giveaway, but I suppose looking back on it, it doesn't probably signal a warped sense of humour on my part.

Mystic Mock 19-05-2024 07:07 AM

Obviously any guy physically abusing a woman (or anyone tbh) is a POS.

MTVN doesn't think videos of domestic violence are appropriate for the forum. So expect this thread to be locked.

And Livia will tell you haw low this post is, even for you, Swan.

No apology for Cassie. I was f'd up = Poor me, feel sorry for me

It looked like he was reading off of an autocue to me.

Fair enough if he actually does feels bad for what he did, but he needs to face justice imo.

Basically go to Prison.

I mean that's how it does come across to me as well.

I always like to look at the possibility of the other option though.

GiRTh 19-05-2024 08:37 PM

Now now Alf, dont be so salty you posted yours as some 'proof' that women got what they deserved when they asked for equality, when in reality women have been some mens punch bags since the dawn of time

Did he remove it himself, or did YouTube decide to delete the video?

Is that the thread that Alf's on about?

@Alf, you can't say that women "have got equality" just after a guy was hitting a woman repeatedly.

And look I get that she hit him first (which isn't right either) but his hits were physically hurting her a lot more than what her punches were doing to him, so it's not equal.

My point being that you won't get many places on the Internet that would back you up on that opinion, tbh there are some places that would outright ban you for making comments like that, you have to be careful with how you say things.

…absolutely…I mean, the vid having to become public before he made any comments of remorse or shame …and even then, it’s all about his own dark time in his life and not the violence toward Cassie or the impact on her …in the vid as well…?…he wasn’t acting on something in front of him and that ‘he was living’ and then lashed out…I mean, that would have been concerning enough…but he went looking for her, didn’t he…he went to seek her out because he felt that she needed in some way ‘to be punished’…it’s just abhorrent behaviour to watch …and his response of it being a dark time for him…?…well, it was much darker for Cassie, I think we can all see…
