If I'm being honest though, I will say Scotland, because they're like the annoying younger sibling that you love deep down, where as Ireland can hold their own with the world. |

People are lucky on here that you don't see that side of me that often, as I freely admit that it's one of my character flaws. |

Can't argue much against Henry. Fantastic player. Drogba is a bit more suprising, but again a great player that did the business at the top level. I'd go with, in no particular order. Maradona and the two Ronaldo''s. Brazilian and Portuguese. |

Brazilian Ronaldo was very good imo, as was Roberto Carlos. |
i saw Maradona when he was 17, playing against Scotland at Hampden. They absolutely battered us and he was sublime. The scottish fans actually clapped and cheered when Maradona scored

He forgot what Sport he was meant to be playing when facing England it seems.:joker: |

I can't fully remember totally, but I think Englsnd maybe won the game. It was when Kevin Keegan was at his peak and one of the best players in the World. It was too early for me, but I remember having a video tape of that game. I think it was a video of England games that you could rent from the video shop. Keegan may have scored the only goal in that, but my memory is cloudy. But Maradona was amazing. |

And thanks Cherie, and I'm sorry to hear about yours too, because like you've said our Moms our special imo, also from my perspective my Mom taught me how to respect women and people in general. That's not a slight on my Dad just to clarify, he is great in different ways. |
