Kids (the hyperactive, noisy ones) eating in pubs irritates me, likewise, but I’m not saying it’s right or wrong inherently. Waiting in long queues is annoying but it’s just part of life and the right thing to do. Polarising my opinion in terms of “Redway thinks this is either right or wrong” is just another example of what I’m talking about. An opinion can’t just be an opinion to you. There’s always gotta be a for-or-against, a question of absolute truth or “right” or not. That was not what I was saying. You can know the value or necessity of something or someone and still find it/them annoying personally. Do you know that? |

Note 2: Redway started this entire discussion in a now-deleted thread, completely unprompted, decided to tell me that he finds my posts irritating. Not my posts about or directed at him I hasten to add - just my random posts on the thread topics. He doesn't like 'em. It's all very sad for him? But apparently I'm so good at this that I can magic up other people starting beef out of thin air. That is quite impressive. |

Also she can see it now that you've quoted it because the vbulletin ignore function is trash. |

There'd be Ammi, Joey... umm... Benjamin? He seems quite unproblematic. I'm struggling now. |

See? The ignore button is a waste of time when a person knows he's on ignore but has made it clear he will not stop quoting my posts, on the contrary, he will make it a mission even when I'm not talking to him.

I mean I feel like I've said in the past and still stand by, it's an ignore button, not a "you have to ignore me" button, it feels especially inappropriate to suggest that the thread starter should disregard people's posts on the thread they started  but if the intent is for it to be used for crafting echo chambres, I'm sure there's a vBulletin plug in that can do that.
As it goes; I'd even be happy to stick with "pls don't talk to or reply to me" requests outside of SD's. The idea that anyone can pick-n-choose who can and cant reply to their comments in the debates section is ludicrous stuff. You can of course choose whose posts you read and choose to interact with, as the current function allows. I tend not to use ignore either as it happens because I too am nosy and just end up clicking the "see post" button anyway. I'm more inclined to just rudely skip over or skim-read posts that I'm not interested in. |
Irritant.

Nothing is homoerotic about childbirth,... much less anything-erotic. |
