I do think it's hit a massive nerve for him, I think he's clearly had some tough times growing up / in the past and he's always used humour as a defense mechanism and to "defuse" tense and difficult situations which is a common thing to do, and that can be over-done, which a lot of people realise in self-reflection later in life. He said himself he's always seen it like a "sort of superpower", so someone even mentioning that it was "done at the wrong time" / that he made jokes and used humour at an inappropriate time and actually made things worse ... is really grating on him. He's struggling to accept it and taking it as a major criticism of his entire personality.

:joker:

He's looking and seeing all the cameras and is merely milking it for all its worth.

They were fairly pissed last night, Danny especially, and Chesney was a bit more "involved", when JoJo and Chris were in bed together, Chesney got on top of them :joker: The live feed was decent last night, they were all still awake when it cut off at 2am, so yeah, be interested what we see tonight.

Jojo & Danny are almost never authentic with one another imv and often have very opposite body language from their dialogue when talking to each other. Just admit y'all are in a gameshow already and massively want to win. It's not that deep.

[Celebrity Big Brother's Patsy Palmer blanked Lorraine Kelly
in ANOTHER toe-curling interview as she was
grilled about her former housemate Mickey Rourke,
before sharing her surprise verdict on
Chris Hughes and JoJo Siwa.

It comes after just hours after she refused to
speak in her live exit interview
with Will Best, 40, and AJ Odudu, 37, when she was
quizzed about the Hollywood actor.

The EastEnders legend, 52, appeared on
ITV's Lorraine on Thursday morning, after falling prey
to the show's triple eviction twist.]

Big Brother gathers the housemates on the sofa to receive their letters from home.

Chesney has Danny read his letter from his wife Krissy, “...We are all waiting with bated breath for your return and are so very proud of you…”

JoJo has Chris read her letter from her mum, “...the most important thing to tell you is a message from Kath because I know you really miss them the most. ‘Kath’s keen to see you when you get out’...”

Donna has Chesney read her letter, “...You have no idea how genuinely proud we are of you. It makes our hearts so full seeing your authentic, funny, kind self and watching you is the highlight of our day…”

Chris has JoJo read his letter from his mum, “...We applaud you for standing up for what is right like you always do…”

Jack has Donna read his letter from his fiancé Hanni, “...We’re so proud of you for trying something new, for making us laugh, for being resilient and most importantly for being yourself…”

Danny has Donna read his letter from his boyfriend, “Firstly, that entrance. The reception you had was amazing, that was your moment…”
JoJo says to Jack, “I honestly like, I’m finding myself really analysing that note and like I don’t like it.”

Jack says, “As in, are you trying to find a hidden message or something?”

Talking about reading JoJo’s letter, In the diary room, Chris says, “...I nearly started crying before I said anything, just where it said, ‘Dear JoJo’. And it was nice, her partner’s in there, her mum’s in there. Two very important people. It was an honour; it was an honour to read out her letter…”

Later in the diary room, JoJo says, “I think I’ve tried to keep myself distracted from missing sweet Kath. I said goodbye to them at the airport and it was a really hard goodbye. And then they were the last person I talked to before I gave up my phone for the Big Brother house. God, I love that little sucker. I do.”

JoJo continues, “I do have beef to pick with them though, they didn’t even say in the note that they love me. I will not let them live that down. I will say, ‘where was my ‘hi sweetheart’, where was my ‘I love you’ where was my ‘I miss you’?’. Like happy you’re keen to see me when I get out of here, keen to see you as well, but come on baba, give me a little something something.”

no letters from home... useless h/ls tonight then

rusticgal 24-04-2025 04:35 PM

Yeah...it never really caught light this year. It was too tame imo. We needed tasks to cause drama but it never really happened.

I also think these 'celebs' are too wary of how they are perceived by the public regarding future prospects. Which is why Civilian is so much better.

…oh I’m not sure…them being friends before they went into the house…it’s not something that I was aware of but it might be the case …or maybe they’ve just met before on some kind of occasions …I’m not sure…
