…I can’t recall if it was despair or sorrow/I had them both in mind but I can’t recall which one I used…I knew it wasn’t correct because it didn’t fit with all of the clues but I wanted to get to the next clue and they were the only thing I could think…drowning in despair/drowning in sorrow…me when I do these daily puzzles…:laugh:..
