I'm not sure why, but a lot of people who're doing A Levels seem to get Ds, even though they seem extremely intelligent, I'm just wondering if the English system's ridiculously difficult?

Z, the system is quite difficult once you've gone past AS level. Each exam really counts towards the final grade, and if you have even just one off day it affects your final grade majorly.

Exactly. I was 5 marks off an A in Maths. I had 2 Physics and a Maths exam on the same day but if they had been more spread out I probably could have made those marks up. So a bit gutted but hey at least I got to uni.

Same here. I was 2 marks off a B in English and 3 marks off an A in Psychology - they were both on the same day. But as you said, I got into Uni, thats all I care about :laugh:

Aww that's unfortuanate Jack and Loz, I'd kill myself if I got borderline grades.
I got pretty solid Bs in all 3 subjects (433/600 in Business, 450/600 in Psychology and 460/600 in History) I'd hate it if you got like 479 lol or my worst nightmate, which was 419! :shocked:
