BI-annual?! I think 2nd annual makes just as much sense... but hey, maybe the blame should be put on the cheese as you say... :laugh:

Bi-annual would be twice yearly. 2nd annual would be the second year. 2nd 4th does not make sense. Is it the 4th one that runs twice yearly or bi-annual. Does that mean it has been running for 2 years. So in that place it would be the second annual but only it's half yearly really?
