Aye that was a funny week of episodes, Eileen and Steve make a great double act don't they? I'm not so keen on Lloyd and Jamie's input though, in fact I find them slightly irritating.

Yeah, I found that funny too, I thought he was going to push him off or something, just to spite Sarah after her sabbataging his 'date'.

cepb 22-08-2007 09:24 PM

Well it would be more than spite.

cepb, I agree. IMO Jamie is a waste of space, they don't need him?! If anyone should get the axe, it should be him. And since Lloyd's return I haven't really warmed to him either.

Yep, suppose. But after a life like that, I thought he would want to be well clear of the whole combat/guns etc backround.

Woop, thinking back though.. he did used to be a talented actor, suppose he still is now, but some of the acting work he did with Bradley Walsh and Debra Stevenson was amazing.

Aye, he was a good actor and still is, but at the moment they seem to be struggling to find him storylines. I mean they only throw him in on the very minor storylines for one episode and then he won't be seen then for ages.

Callum 22-08-2007 09:30 PM

Yeah, Steve and Lloyd at one time, used to be a good double act. Glad Eileen has much more airing now, she is such a great actress.

To be honest, they could do with axing Audrey as well. She's slipped under the radar lately

Oh no, but Audrey's been there since the late 70s.

Jamie's a baby compared to her.

I wonder where Violets sister Lauren will fit in?

Callum 22-08-2007 09:39 PM

Yeah, suppose she is a good actress. I just think she could do with a few fresher strorylines other than the ones involving Bill Webster.
