I didn't mean it like that i meant it as he may have tried to get out of hitting her e.g. accident. I think he's scum and in no way meant that he should justify himself.

well he is a celeb with a load of money you just have to look at the likes of oj simpson and micheal jackson and their respective cases so i thinks its prob safe to say that he will no doubt get some big shot lawyer to talk his way out of it for him when in reality he needs locking up
