Task #3: Caitlin and Shaun fired

Sadly, Shaun and Caitlin have become the third and fourth candidates to be fired from TiBB Apprentice 2.

During last night's 'show', James fired the twosome, saying that Shaun hadn't been online enough during Task 3, and that Caitlin had done slightly less work than Sia.

Each teams' discussions for Task 3 will be available in the main Apprentice forum soon.

Details regarding the fourth task will be posted soon...

Task #4

For the fourth task, the teams will be taking advantage of the recent popularity of the Creative Writing forum as they write their own stories involving TiBB members.

For this task, Loukas has moved to Team Fetch.

Once they have elected leaders, the teams will take it in turns to pick characters for their story from a list of TiBB Members. The team leaders will be asked a general knowledge question, and the first leader to reply with the correct answer will win their team the right to choose first.

Once they have their characters, the teams will write short stories - maximum 1,500 words - involving their six characters.

A panel of judges will choose the winner.

Task #4: Team leaders and story casts

The two teams have picked their team leaders and story casts for the fourth task.

The team leaders are Nicky (Oinks! and Sam (Team Fetch).

After being elected, they were asked a general knowledge question, and the first person to respond correctly won the right to choose first from the list of characters. Sam earned this right.

They then took it in turns to choose members to be characters for their teams' stories from the list of 12 that volunteered last night. The casts are...

Oinks!: .Andy., Dezzy, Fom, Madonna, TomRocksUrSocks, Twilight
Team Fetch: Billy, bronaaaa, Firewire, Princess, Ross, WATERS

Task #4: Two people to get the boot...

It's the news that none of our candidates wanted to hear, but alas, it's true - another TWO of them will be fired on Tuesday.

This will leave four people behind for the final task.

Task #4: Teams' stories up

Both teams have now posted the first parts of their two stories.

They are:

The second parts of both stories will be posted in their respective threads at around 9pm this evening.

Task #4: Loukas and Sam fired

The fifth and sixth candidates to be fired from TiBB Apprentice 2 are Loukas and Sam.

After Team Fetch lost task 4, James was finding it tough choosing who to fire because Fetch had not used their subforum as much during the task.

After opting to fire Loukas, he 'flipped a coin' to decide between Sia and Sam, before Sam was also sent packing.

For the fifth task, the teams will become 'political' parties as they compete in the Moderator Elections.

Task #5: Moderator Elections



It's boys vs. girls for the final task, which will see the two teams become The Oinks Party and The Fetch Party to compete in TiBB's inaugural moderator elections.

Each team has to come up with five 'policies' - rules or ideas that they'd enforce or implement as moderators. They must then write a maximum 1,000 word speech addressing you, the TiBB members.

On Thursday night, the two speeches will be posted anonymously and the members will be able to vote for the team that they prefer based on their policies.

Voting will close and the results will be revealed during Friday night's final live firing, when one member of the losing team will become the last firee of the series...

Task #5: Moderator Elections begin!

The Moderator Elections begun tonight, with both The Oinks Party and The Fetch Party revealing their policies.

However, nobody will know which policies belong to which party until tomorrow night's firing.

Party One's pledges include creating a 16+ forum, banning negative posts from appreciation threads whilst opening a new section for unappreciation threads, and having a three day 'validation period' for new members.

Meanwhile, Party Two's policies include assigning moderators to specific sections of the forum, 'stopping problems before they occur' and better spelling and grammar checking.
