Protesters were throwing plastic bottles at the police trying to help that man.
in light of the new video these 2 statements look even more like rubbish.

Ange when Mark said that
the police spin put that out.

But today another photo guy
just told London ITV Local News
live on TV that the two Police medics
were not under any fire at all.

This is Murder
sadly because he was only walking home
he put his hands in his pockets
so when that Thug Copper
bashed him to the ground it hit him hard.

The mayor Boris Johnson
wants this all in the open.

Those coppers
are guilty 100% on this brutal attack.

Lauren 08-04-2009 06:21 PM

The copper has come forward.

JOSHUAH! 08-04-2009 06:24 PM

He wants to come forward aswell, and he should be treated like ANY other person who has carried out that sort of abuse on an innocent man.

Yes, he is a police man and he had authority, but the man who died wasn't even protesting and the police man didn't half give him a push, it was too forcefull.

andyman 08-04-2009 06:28 PM

Watching the vid, the guy was walking very very slowly infront of the police, maybe thats why that copper hit him, but still no need to do that..

(Breaking news!.. Ten men have been arrested as part of a counter-terrorism operation in the north west.)

That makes sense
as the Press had his Police Uniform Number
days ago.

andyman 08-04-2009 08:17 PM

Arista, it was not murder.

Sure but it became a murder.

andyman 08-04-2009 10:26 PM

This case will take months, maybe even a year!

arista 09-04-2009 05:22 AM

New post mortem on G20 victim as Met face the Fact
he was attacked TWICE by riot police.

Wrong again andyman
the Police have their own video of the first attack on poor Ian.

The Video on Worldwide news
comes from the 2nd attack.

andyman 09-04-2009 05:31 AM

Oh i am wrong... I made that post 1 week ago you silly head! Get a grip man..

wrong again
it was yesterdays post

andyman 09-04-2009 05:41 AM

No i ment the post i made about the police not being involved in his death, since then the video has came out.. Break through for justice!

Now my post yesterday is true, this case will take months for it to be over and done with.. C'mon you should know how these things work.
Good job people was filming the days events! The guy's family will, well should get justice for their loss, and the copper face justice!
But there is also a cover up, the police said they had no contact with that man.. Video shows that not to be, more than one head could roll after this.

arista 09-04-2009 06:08 AM

No Time for a Cover Up

Boris can Sack bad police Chiefs.
One went a few months back.

It'd be a different story if one of the police were killed!

But it is not that
plus they had Crash helmets on that bunch Special Police

It is Murder
and you know it.
I was saying there would be more of an uproar if a policeman had been killed. I wouldnt call it murder, manslaughter maybe...I hope his family get some kind of justice

arista 09-04-2009 08:46 AM

Yes I know you were
and I said it is not.

Sunny_01 09-04-2009 02:21 PM

Seeing this on the news has made me sick. I cant believe that a minority of police officers can act in a way that makes them all appear to be vile. This police officer was obviously pumped on adrenalin and very on edge because of the terrible behaviour of protestors but really there is no excuse for what this officer did.

Nurse57 09-04-2009 04:29 PM

The other side of the story.

They should have the officers badge. He's a disgrace.

same story...+ a sick attempt to justify police action by saying he was drunk. The autopsy should answer that but given at no point was he violent nor agressive I don't to see why him being drunk should justify police aggression nor why you see this as being "The other side of the story".

arista 11-04-2009 04:58 PM

They marched in London today
to say how bad this Brutal Police were.

andyman 11-04-2009 05:02 PM

Good job this video came to light, bet the officer and his crew thought that this would just blow over.... Plus they said that they had no contact with him before his death, stinks of a cover up.

arista 11-04-2009 05:04 PM

Yes we have to thank the USA Banker
who gave it to the Guardian
and then left for NY.
Ensuring he was safe.

30stone 11-04-2009 05:10 PM

Bet the guy feels horrible, he only wanted the guy out the way and dying after would be hard to live with.

andyman 11-04-2009 05:11 PM

Just think if the guy was black! Would that make it a racist attack? Or just the same?

If anything it was an attack against our freedom! He was not breaking any law..
