What? The files are supposed to be .AVI. My friend told me that the Xbox (360) does play them.

I'm playing BB7 on my PS3. :D

Some are MKV, my BB7 is pretty much all Avi but BB2 is mostly MKV so I'm guessing it could be mixed for the other seasons too.

Nope, I put it in and Xbox said 'Mixed Media File' :S

I stayed up until 8am this morning watching the first 6 days of Big Brother 6...the best part? The discs work on my DVD/TV unit :D I can't put into words how grateful I am for this, I'd forgotten how absolutely amazing Kemal and Science were. And when I saw Derek's face first on the launch I practically jizzed in my pants [he's my favourite HM ever]

Risky? Converting the files won't affect the original files. You'll just get a copy of the files on your computer in a different format. Which u can then put on a disc and play on whatever player is suitable for that file format.
