Hmm I think it's a mix match... I genuinely can't remember what I had for lunch..

Dinner - Sausages and cheese on toast, with ketchup (a glass of nesquick)

Snacks - Glass of lemonade, 5 jaffa cakes and a packet of prawn cocktail skips.

Lunch - Mackerel sandwich, a packet of cheese and onion crisps, a kiwi and a cup of tea w/milk and half a spoon of sugar
Dinner - Steak with fried onions, mushrooms and garlic, mashed potato and mashed carrot and turnip. A glass of summer fruits cordial
a pint of water

And now I've just had 3 cup of teas over a couple of hours.

I remember the sunny D phase, marketed at kids and bought by mums thinking it was fresh OJ and it was packed with E numbers and sugar, made them hyper ... awful stuff.

It looked such an artificial colour no way could it have been fresh.. not seen it for ages, I know there was a bit hoo haa about it being wrongly marketed at the time, just thought it had been discontinued.

I think they changed the ingredients and re launched it, but it wasn't luminous orange anymore so the kids didn't want it and mums didn't trust it.

Breakfast: Scrambled Egg & Wholemeal Toast + a cup of tea
Lunch - Chicken & Hoisin Noodle Salad
Dinner - Mince, Potatos, Carrots, Broccoli & Cauliflower
Supper - Tuna Sandwhich

Just drank water all day
