I’m actually amazed in 11 series, the Daleks have only appeared briefly in christmas episodes instead of a whole story being about them.
|
The only time they’ve featured properly at Christmas is Matt’s last episode iirc

It just seems mad that the amount of overuse the Daleks have had since the show came back and they’ve never been the main monster on a Christmas episode |

Yes they ****ing did Robert!
|
I do love Daleks I’m a bit upset they won’t feature
|
That Dalek episode in series 1 featuring Big Brother in the future and a robot Anne Robinson  :flutter:
|
That was their last decent story. The rest have been sub standard
|
I had no idea what was going on in Asylum of the Daleks and the scenes of Oswin being converted are etched into my memory
|
I liked the one where they went inside the Dalek tbh

Also Davros reuniting with the Doctor :flutter: Sarah Jane's horror when she realises the voice she hears is Davros  okay good because I always just felt really dense watching it :bawling: |
Which is worse girls? Daleks in Manhattan or Asylum of the Daleks?
|
I kinda liked Daleks in Manhattan

oh wow guess I'm alone with that one!
|
If it didn’t look like someone literally had a Dalek mask on it would have been great. The story was a concept, it just failed on the delivery
|
Has anyone bothered with the classic series?
I remember I watched season 12 but I just couldn't stay interested (not because of the stories or effects, they're charming!! It's just because like, there's a few parts to a story and they're all like 20 mins each I DONThave the effort for that! |
I tried to watch Genesis but couldn’t get through it

Oh snap, if we're talking about Dalek stories, I'm your girl.
Stolen Earth/Journey's End is probably my favourite Dalek story but then I absolutley adored The Magician's Apprentice/Witch's Familiar episodes too. To be honest, Davros is my absolute favourite villian so I guess that's why. The Daleks on their own...eh...I guess maybe Dalek? Oh, actually, I quite like Victory. I know most people slate it but I actually really liked it and it was definitley Mark Gattis' best episode. |

I do also really like Revelation of the Daleks because it's a ****ing creepy story but again it's more Davros than the Daleks. |

Jodie Whittaker is the first Yorkshire doctor. Proud to have the first woman and first Yorkshire actor in the role!

The Daleks are just thrown around whenever and they're wasted. They need a genuine break and to come back with a fresh story and an updated look in a couple of years.

She was the worst companion imo.

Does anyone wonder on why they have put all of the companions at the same time. Seems very fishy...
Or is one of them the primary companion and the other two are tag alongs? |
I think Brandon might be revealed to be a villain of some sort at some point.
|
(who is Brandon)
|
I think he means Bradley Walsh maybe?
