I haven't watched it start to finish since it actually first aired, obviously watched episodes here and there but never a full re watch

I'm glad the Schitt's creek episodes are short ,I've only watched the first 3 so far . I think it will take time for me to really get into it .

….all I’ll say is that I wasn’t invested in the characters in watching the first few episodes right at the beginning….it wasn’t an instant connection but it did happen that I fell completely in love with them and it’s huge warm hug every time I watch it…I get stupidly excited about watching a few more episodes…which is why I’m struggling to put it down and slow down and savour it…:laugh:…if you do decide to keep on with it, I think that you will grow to love it pretty soon, GH….

…I’m on season 5 and I think there are 6 in all…?…I’m trying to slow down a bit because I don’t want it to be over…I’ve just started to watch a series called Servant alongside and it’s shaping up to be (weird and creepy)…but very good…

…I’ve just begun season 6/the final season…the ending to season 5 was very lovely and extremely emotional…:love:…

The season finale with them all laughing and dancing together is like one of my fave scenes from the whole show.

I rewatch this show all the time too. They have such good actors on the show and then other characters who’s actors just seem like they are being themselves (Patrick, Stevie, Ronnie for example)

That’s what I like about the show, it seems more genuine that way, if that makes any sense

Stevie and Alexis are really close friends irl apparently :lovedup:

…that’s one of the things that I love about it…that it creates such a believable community of characters of Schitt’s Creek…:love:…

…I’m not leaving, when I finish season 6 I’m just going to detour back to season one again…and again…once you’ve gone to Schitt’s Creek, you’ll never go back…

Watched the episode with one of my favourite lines last night, when Roland leaves the scan picture on Moiras desk and she says "who put a picture of a ghost on my desk"?

….ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I finished it…I unashamedly sobbed for some bits, they’re just such easy to love characters and I’ll miss it…I started to watch the documentary talking about it all and getting the cast together originally and that’s so interesting as well to see them out of character…but also, it just seemed so fitting as well that some of them weren’t working at the time and their careers being on a bit of a low when they got the part so it’s obviously even more meaningful and life changing for them in their lives…that feels really so fitting with the characters…it’s an exceptional series, I love it…:lovedup:…

…I meant to say….I loved Alexis mimicking Moira Rose…she was so spot on…

Alexis definitely had the best character growth imo. Brilliant character.

Also, Twyla is actually David’s sister irl, with Johnny being their dad ofc

Moiras wig at the wedding… I laughed so hard and then teared up

…yeah same, Caitlin…I laughed out loud and then sobbed all through the ceremony…

…the documentary on how the series came about and the making and casting of it etc…?…was just one big ocean of emotion, maybe more so than any scene …it’s not just how much the fans have engaged with it, it’s how much the cast and crew did as well and how much affection they all have for each other and for their characters…it really is just a huge ‘family’…they were sad it ended, we were sad it ended…Schitt’s Creek is a very unique place…:love:…

…I’m watching Laudermilk atm which is strangely about an addiction recovery/group…it’s a daily fight for me to keep with this series and not go back to Schitt’s Creek …but I don’t know, we might bump into each other on your journey…

I’m debating whether or not to wait actually. Got a very long flight to Australia next weekend so might download them in case there’s nothing I want to watch on the plane.

…how long is the flight…?…there are generally some pretty good/varied viewing choices for long haul but I think that it’s a good plan to have Schitt’s Creek tucked in there as well as an extra…so yeah, take them with you I would say…
