no my fave performances were by Caroline & Jo (simply beautiful, luv her attention for detail too) Jason & Luba (underrated and i strongly disagree with Craig, this was not hip hop, but motown soul and not all motown is jackson, it was full of joy which fitted that song perfectly) and Nicola & Katya :love: very nice the switch up who was in the lead too

Bill & Oti are hilarious, yet i find him technically not bad either, his lines are kinda over the top but his leg was as straightened as it could be which is good for cha cha



Maisie hmm unfair to have a CiN winner on the line up, but she won't win anyway so

Tango is a difficult dance for week 1 though, i thought Max did ok

i think Dianne can make a dancer out of him in weeks to come, i already knew he would be more a journey contestant

Ranvir well that is also one way to sell a Paso stunningly, almost looked like a sort of Bhangra/Paso dance, i mean outfits looked typically bollywood either (my dad agreed with me)



i luv the clauditorium a lot more now, i luv the training only VT's (FINALLY) also nice intro bits where they say something about their partner

intro tune and poses also very nice (HOT HOT HOT leg action there from Caroline :drool: )

i don't mind lack of audience either (but then again i am already used to this via lets dance)

yeah you're right Amy, no need to react it out against Maisie, she danced alright, for a samba week 1 (and also loads of pressure that being the week 1 dance what made Kelvin a winner last year)

6.0 or 7.0 is my sort of highest score i'd give for week 1, more because it is decent but it is also enough motivation for people to improve upon

I do think Hrvy was overmarked tbh no way that should have been given a 9, I have seen better jives than that

Not really... She only did one dance for a short time doesn't make her a pro. She still has to learn other dances and do a longer performances.

Agreed and its no different to someone who has previous dancing experience
