Tried the MTU trick?

What have you tried so far, and what error does it give you? DDoS has stopped now.

Just tried logging in and it tells me the connection to the server has been terminated, like it has been doing since Christmas day, lol

Just started playing GTA, omg when the police are after you the lights on the controller flash blue and red, that is sick!

Have you tried changing your MTU, forwarding ports, making sure uPnP is enabled in your router, hard reset your router? Also, you can attempt to make a new PSN and if that works it may be a deeper authentication issue. For me I could create new PSN accounts way before I could update my very old one, which was strange but it was what it was.

The phone call sounds coming out of the controller is decent at first too.. gets annoying after a while though

All that sounds way too complicated lol, there's apparently other people who still haven't gotten back on, so I guess I'll just wait til its all back up and running.

The number you set it at is basically the maximum size each 'packet' can be when communicating with PSN from your end, it seems like packets over a certain size were causing people to lose connection, so someone somehow managed to find out the maximum 'safe' size and posted it online, witchcraft if you ask me. Doubt you'll need to change it but when PSN is back to normal you may aswell, the bigger each individual packet can be the faster PSN will run for you.

Eurgh I was playing GTA and talking to my ma and sister and we see my characters mouth moving around so we were like 'lol, weird glitch' then an hour later I see the characters mouth mimicking what I was saying and then I realised.. The ps camera... Oh dear. We were all laughing about it but now I'm scared :worry:
