what do you do on Final Fantasy?

You hunt for nazi gold and teach kids how easy it is to just look things up for yourself on that thing called Google, rather than ask questions in an online forum.

They're kinda like films you play in a way, you control a bunch of characters and you've got to complete a goal.

The narrative in these games is excellent, the story is often on par with most films and TV shows. But if that sounds 'dumb' you can always go play...Hannah Montana or something. It does sound like it's more on your level.

You aren't a gamer, so you don't understand gamer mentality. You slag off Final Fantasy without good reason, prepare for the backlash.

Just started replaying FFVIII. I remember why I gave up now, it's so ****ing slow.

Great I just did the really long ****ing tedious robot bit at the beginning and now the games froze on me, FML.

Yeah the first few hours are useless to be honest. The game only kicks in near the end of disc 1.

Aye, I just get really bored and go back to I, IV, V, VII, IX and XII (Roman numerals are fun =D)

I've been playing XII alot more recently. I think the storys absolutley bollocks and Balthiers the only character who really carries it but there's something I like about it. No idea what.

Can't wait til XIII comes out. =D
