Yeah i know he didnt appreciate your humour but then again its horses for courses.

Maybe he is a bit stuck in his ways, but think about it logically, you posting the above hasnt really helped heal the wounds has it?

I don't want to get into it.

Just saying my bit as it had relevance to me.

Not dramatic on my part. It was the C word.

I don't want to heal the wounds as wishing someone dead on a forum and giving them constant abuse like that is so disgusting from a man of his age or anyone.

It has nothing to do with humour. I did nothing to warrant the way he was with me.

:)

Good night.

Probably the worst reply i have ever seen on TIBB, you said bans and infractions are to do with the forum not being active at christmas... FFS... now that is stupid. does it ever Occur to you that people do things at christmas?

And I said I pulled a date out of the air. It'll die way before that in truth

Much better place now that Claymores is gone.

Will be even better if Mark accepts Thomas_C's offer, he won't though unless he adds a couple more 0's to the end of it.

Novo 02-11-2010 04:15 AM

How will it possibly die before Christmas? X factor ends after christmas and people come on the forum to discuss that and even without X factor the forum is active, you need some sleep

As I believe, he was warned many times before receiving the actual infractions. he even got a couple of official warnings too. And chose to ignore them. What do you suggest we do in this situation? just keep warning and warning and warning? it was clear that no notice was being took, so that is why he got those infractions.

Yeah whenever anyone complains about moderating decisions even if they have PM'ed staff with or without receiving a reply they are pretty much automatically infracted for causing drama, its a good coverall.

Yes, if they complain on the forum, they usually do receive an infraction. As 9 times out of 10, they havent PMed any member of staff, and are just trying to cause a scene. Even if they have Pmed someone about it, we are not robots, we are not online 24 hours a day...and its hardly an really urgent matter getting an infraction reversed.

We do deal with it and move on. But usually thats sometimes quite hard to do, as the person in question throws it in our faces sometimes even MONTHS afterwards :)

Look at the circumstances of those infractions.

What else can people do if they cant see Mods active on the forum? They know some mods are there but because the mods are "invisible" ro non staff they cant PM so they get fustrated and feel they have to post on the forum.

Again, getting an infraction reversed is not an urgent thing. I fail to see how someone would become so frustrated about it that they have an uncontrollable urge to post on the forum about it. Knowing full well they are chance to get another because of this.

Then again, if you cause drama over it, and get another infraction...it gives you more ammo to start more drama later on doesnt it.

Yes I think you are misreading the forum, there may be less of those you view as troublemakers posting on the forums. The cliques are still there, it may just be because one of the group of cliques has staff as members.

Again :laugh2:

Funny how barely anyone else has noticed a 'clique problem' isnt it.

Staff interact with all members. We do not ignore anyone. However, if people go out of their way to ignore us, then we will stop making the effort to speak to them...surely that is fair comment right?

Just like a couple of nights ago another member even stated that people had deliberately ganged up against someone who recently copped for a ban.

Erm, if this is about the smithy thing, he did NOT receive a warning. He got an infraction, I gave it myself, and have also just checked on his profile to make sure I am definitely right. When he said he got a warning, he was obviously attempting to wind people up. Though no doubt you will not take my word for that...so ask any other mod/admin you like. It WAS an infraction.

Challenge away. But dont do it on the main forum.

The only reason people do it on the forum, is so that they have an audience. Someone said before that... 'Maybe a lot of people fear to get not treated fair when they doing it via PM, because they will not have any witness for what everyone has said'

If you feel a member of staff has said anything out of order to you via PM...you can report it, the same as you can report pms from members. There is no need whatsoever to have an audience, except for virtual backslaps, which quite frankly, is pathetic.

Even James has posted in here

Kind of glad I missed this last night, I was in no mood for petty drama. :)

Vicky. 02-11-2010 07:57 AM

I havent slept yet.

I dont feel tired, but I feel floaty and so hungry. But if I eat then I wont sleep til tonight, but that might be a good thing because if I have had no sleep at all I might be able to sleep early...like 11pm or something.

Did that make sense?!

:laugh2:

It made sense in a rambly, tired, confusing kind of way
If would say stay awake, then you'll sleep like tonight.

Vicky. 02-11-2010 08:03 AM

LOL.

Well, I cant be bothered to go get food :bored:

Gavins mams downstairs, am half tempted to shout her up and give her my bank card and ask her to go shopping. But no, going to have to do it myself I think :p

Might watch bad girls all day, that will keep me awake

Yes you would, you would send her, you just wouldn't admit to doing so

Do you actually need anything from the outside world today?

Vicky. 02-11-2010 08:20 AM

Yeah, shopping in general.

I have no sugar or food...there is literally 2 tins of soup in the entire house...and 3 eggs.

So serious shopping needed

Will also need cigarettes soon...I smoke FAR too much in the night, if I only smoked through they day i would save a fortune

What a dirty rat bag! Pfft at least you not with him now.
I had an ex try add me the other week on Facebook, I ignored them, they were an absolute ****** to me, why would I want to be 'friends' with them?
:nono:

Vicky. 02-11-2010 08:27 AM

I have loads of people on my friends list who I dont like :laugh2:

Glad it never got serious or anything. Hes also older than he said he was.

Still looks hot though :laugh2:

Benjamin 02-11-2010 08:30 AM

LOL, yeah most exes seem to get hotter when it ends

Sorry to throw this randomness into the thread, but Im obsessed with this song, I don't know why. I heard it on the radio the other and and now it's in my head all the time. I hate when songs do that (but I love the song).
