…mind you, International Tutu Day is actually in February so some of the glances we got were a bit for goodness sake, get your calendar months correct, how embarrassing…I do think August is much better tutu weather, though…

The breeze of a fan on a warm day.

…yes……unless that fan is permanently directed in another direction from you…

That’s the most frustrating experience. Had that last night up-until about 3am, when I woke up and pulled myself up to sort out the fan’s positioning.

That’s a nightmare.

I’m a severe hyperhidrosiac who only has a certain amount of access to the one medication that controls my sweating at this point (topiramate), so if the fan’s not facing me and it’s 20+ degrees outside, my body will tell me. I’ll start drenching some.

….ahhhhhh I understand, I hope that you’re able to keep some cool and comfort this week as the heat wave fully hits us…

Ugh, yeah. Sometimes I envy the way Japan prepares for heat. Granted, their peaks are quite a lot more than the ones in the U.K., but that’s all-the-more reason why they have cooling rubs you can put on your body that stop you getting too heated up. Otherwise, my comfort’s encrusted in A.C. and fans in the absence of topiramate (which I milk for all it’s worth when I can access it). It’s not an easy struggle, sweating so much so unnecessarily. Really, really annoying.
