Well I was liking Semhar quite a bit so at least there's that chance of her returning but 1) I doubt it and 2) I still don't like the idea of Redemption Island / returnee(s) in Survivor.

I was thinking of watching Survivor Palau, as I've never seen it. I've heard its an average season though

I decided to finally finish what I had left of South Pacific while I wait for the episode of BBUS that I missed tonight to get on CBS.

This season was pretty damn awful. It got interesting right at the merge and that's literally it. Not many people in the cast that I liked either. And Sophie winning is super disappointing as well. She was semi-ok for a while but became the worst by the end, and she wins SMH.

13. Whitney (kind of like an entitled, non-endearing, & bland version of Natalie from Samoa... doesn't mean she's awful, a poor version of Natalie is still somewhat decent to me lol)
14. Jim (abrasive personality that was never really funny or likable, had maybe 1 or 2 quality moments but mostly annoying)
15. Stacey (^ but her little rant over "Benjamin" at the R.I. battle was kinda funny and worth noting)

I think Sophie is my favorite non-Sandra winner? Her victory makes SoPa sooooo narratively satisfying and an overall redeemable season. There's just something beautiful about someone with no tolerance for bull**** being placed on a tribe that is entirely fueled by bull**** :love:

Rob C is okay, but a bit annoying and cringey (he clearly knew the show very well), and I don't like how he dominates the airtime so much.

Amazon has been a good series, but seems overrated judging by the first eight episodes. The last two vote offs were very predictable.

I'm a few episodes into All Stars and was baffled to randomly find out that Jenna and Ethan dated for ten years?!

But can anyone tell me why this wasn't at all mentioned on the show? Or does it get brought up later on?

I've actually enjoyed the first few episodes :laugh: I was just a bit confused cause Jenna had to leave and presumably they'd been dating a year at this point but it was never brought up

mhmm they also did an episode of Fear Factor against each other along with Omarosa and Reichen from TAR and a few others. They were a fun couple, I'm glad things ended amicably.
