Have to say I agree with Hayden though, I was annoyed last night when they didn't show any of the heptathlon but prioritised cycling heats over it - they could have easily switched between the two

On the BBC Steve Cram and Brendan Foster are really complaining about the organisation of the womens' marathon. eg. the line they follow is wrong. :joker:

Yeah the coverage of the Heptathlon was surprisingly poor considering it's probably the best/closest/most competitive event in Athletics this year

They showed the long jump on BBC4, and then recapped it when they cut to the stadium on BBC1 after the rowing medal ceremonies had finished

The Woman Hayden told me not to back after 3 events and was about 10/1 at that time goes and wins, the athletics pro has tainted his legacy

Lets not ignore the fact you've just thrown away £42 on an athlete who can't even throw 12m in the Shot Put :fist:
