The eliminations worked in different ways last year but generally a recoupling entails either the girls or guys taking it in turns to pick a member of the opposite sex to couple up with and the person left is eliminated

From what the show has teased so far, sounds like the girls are going to have to pick soon because the guys picked first

As for when they take place, eliminations were once a week last year but there's no weekly live show anymore so it's as and when the producers feel like it
