BBfanUSA 19-05-2014 10:52 PM

I just gave MTVN the scare of his life hopefully

:joker: did for a split second but then of all the players in the NFL Peyton would be the last one for that to happen to

Drew. 19-05-2014 10:55 PM

Some of these Packers man caves are amazing, Americans do it right when it comes to memorabilia.

It's been on the news today and I figured that it needed to be posted here. (It's a pretty slow day)

Glad you posted it .

You may like our mancaves but I'm jealous of supporter sections, we don't really have that for any Professional sports. College and High school student sections are the closest thing to a supporters section overhere.

Drew. 19-05-2014 11:47 PM

That's a good thing about NFL though.. theres no violence amongst fans at games and stuff. I guess it kinda loses that atmosphere between rival fans at games though.

Time to convert my room into a man cave.

BBfanUSA 20-05-2014 12:02 AM

Not really, Oakland fans attacked a SF fan (They're close to each other) in a preseason game (Yeah, Preseason) once.

NFL Fans can be quite vicious, but it depends on the atmosphere and the socioeconomic factors in an area.

Green Bay and Chicago (Close Proximity, have faced each other since the 1920s) and Oakland and Kansas City (Were part of a league called the American Football League, it became a hit instantly (The Rivalry) . This league merged with the NFL and this merger led to the creation of the Super Bowl) are considered to be the most storied rivalries.

BBfanUSA 21-05-2014 12:26 PM

Minnesota has been tapped as the location for Super Bowl 52 in 2018.

The venue (Vikings' new Stadium) isn't built yet but it's supposed to be done by then and will be indoors.

Yeah obviously there will be the odd bit of violence but you could probably count the amount of times it happens on one hand.. Its pretty much a weekly thing with football.

Looks like Manziel is being sued for sexual harrassment http://www.scribd.com/doc/225775703/...Johnny-Manziel

BBfanUSA 23-05-2014 01:59 PM

I forgot to mention that the NFL has a huge crime problem Drew.

King Gizzard 23-05-2014 02:07 PM

and it'll take him most of the first half of his playing career to pay off

Drew. 23-05-2014 02:16 PM

Police have issued a warrant for the arrest of Denver Broncos' safety T.J. Ward after he allegedly got into a fight with staff at a Denver strip club earlier this month.

The scuffle ensued after the 27-year-old, who signed with the team just two months ago, brought alcohol into PT's All Nude after he thought the establishment had allowed him to do so, the Denver Post reported.

But once inside, he was questioned by wait staff and a confrontation ensued - with Ward allegedly throwing an object at a female bartender, sources told 9News.

Reading that lawsuit now,

Hot Dog Selfie? Constantly talking about his dick?

Yeah, that screams tool.

BBfanUSA 05-06-2014 12:38 PM

Will Smith involved in movie about concussions and the NFL http://awfulannouncing.com/2014/will...ut-concussions

Also there's a new lawsuit involving concussions, which isn't quite shocking. But Dan Marino (Former Dolphins Star QB, Now NFL on CBS pundit) joined the players in suing the NFL but then removed his name the same day. He wasn't known for having concussions but did have two over the course of his career.

BBfanUSA 06-06-2014 11:44 PM

Richard Sherman will be on the cover of Madden NFL '15

MTVN 07-06-2014 12:05 AM

Good stuff, should mean he has a sh*t season this year then

Drew. 07-06-2014 12:11 AM

I am stupidly excited about the season beginning, these long breaks are a killer.

BBfanUSA 07-06-2014 12:15 AM

Remember when Brett Farve got it.

I think the Penis Pic scandal came out the same year.

BBfanUSA 18-06-2014 09:14 PM

The Washington Redskins have lost their trademarks on the name Redskins.

Meaning anyone can own the trademark, meaning more than likely the owner is going to have to change the team name.

Because now they're losing millions of dollars because apparel makers no longer have to pay in order to buy gear with Redskins on it.

It's been removed because it is considered offensive to Native Americans

Tut tut Johnny

Brother Leon 09-07-2014 03:02 PM

I don't think it's ever been so exciting for Cleveland Sports fans. Johnny Manziel in the NFL, Andrew Wiggins and possibly Lebron in the NBA. I guess the City deserves it

BBfanUSA 09-07-2014 03:49 PM

Oh look Johnny is making origami

BBfanUSA 23-07-2014 01:16 PM

Broncos Owner Pat Bowlen is stepping down and letting Team President Joe Ellis be in charge of the day to day operations of the team.

Pat has Alzheimer's so this really isn't a shock to the team or organization. He has no intentions of selling the team.

BBfanUSA 28-07-2014 08:55 PM

Training Camp has begun for most of the teams,

Preseason games (which all teams have 4) start August 3rd, with the Hall of Fame game. Buffalo and NY Giants are involved with that fixture.

Regular Season starts September 4th, with the Packers @ Seahawks

MTVN 08-08-2014 10:18 AM

Broncos beat the Seahawks 21-16 in pre-season, a better victory than their one over us in the Super Bowl some might say

Drew. 08-08-2014 01:44 PM

Finally less than a month to go, have been checking up on the NFL uk forum weekly since the end of last season.. This is the first season where I've been this excited about it.

BBfanUSA 10-08-2014 06:15 PM

Manziel played last night, 7-11 for about 63 yards and had a couple excellent scrambles but didn't score. His team lost 14-13 to the Browns

Micheal Sam, NFL's first openly gay player also played.

Also I went on a vacation to DC and on the road trip there, I visited Canton Ohio on the day of the Hall of Fame Game and went to the pro fb hall of fame. It's a great place to visit. The Bust Room is amazing, I love how accurate and detailed they have gotten over time. It's a bit expensive to get in for a museum though (There's other things there, like interactive exhibits such as the history of the league and other leagues that existed over the years)

JerseyWins 10-08-2014 09:03 PM

I can't wait for this season, more so than most other years. Not a Browns fan but I'm also pumped to see Johnny Manziel. Even though Hoyer's not a bad QB I'd really hope they start Manziel ASAP.

BBfanUSA 10-08-2014 09:16 PM

Lions not Browns. :p

MTVN 10-08-2014 10:15 PM

But Manziel plays for the Browns?

Oh was that you correcting your earlier post

BBfanUSA 19-08-2014 08:49 PM

MTVN might want to reconsider his favorite team

BBfanUSA 20-08-2014 09:34 PM

Cleveland won't be starting Manziel.

This past week he flipped off the Redskins bench. That showed some immaturity.

King Gizzard 30-08-2014 09:59 PM

Michael Sam released already

BBfanUSA 30-08-2014 10:55 PM

Could either be signed to the Rams practice squad or another team could be picking him up on waviers.

We'll have to see.

Also I have my fantasy league draft tonight, wish me luck.

Drew. 30-08-2014 11:57 PM

Oakland have released Crawford, only one Brit left standing in the nfl now.

BBfanUSA 02-09-2014 12:47 PM

No one has picked Sam off Waivers or signed him to a practice squad.

so WWE is having him show up Monday Night on Raw. During the first week of the season.

BBfanUSA 02-09-2014 11:28 PM

Denver WR Wes Welker suspended 6 games for a failed Drug Test. Ampathetamies/Performance Enhancing Drugs.

Dallas Cowboys have signed Sam to their Practice Squad as well. Hope he gets to turn that into a starting spot. I think he has the potential. He was Defensive Player of the Year in the College Equivalent of the EPL.
