There you have it!

Burning Man is an annual festival taking place in Black Rock, Nevada, Old Faithful is a geyser found in Yellowstone national park, Moscow's Main Marketplace is Red Square and in Harold & Kumar's first film they are going to White Castle. Very well done for two points.

Onto your next question, what connects these? Here's the first clue (No googling please!):

Cartoon shopkeepers

Livia 10-12-2013 02:49 PM

Shaun... old quick-draw.

Ammi 10-12-2013 02:53 PM

Don't be too disheartened Livia, as I couldn't've taken cartoon shopkeepers as of course Dev Alahan is not a cartoon and Mr. Selfridge is infact a real person. Jeff Alberston more commonly known as Comic Book Guy, owner of the Android's Dungeon, and Recette Lemongrass, which I expect most of you don't actually know of is a character who owns Recettear in the game of the same name.

So, that's three points to Shaun, and we continue with our third connection, simply tell me what links them, here's the first:

I. am. astounded.

Unless I have somehow already posted this question and completely forgotten, I am flabbergasted as to how you have got this

David Cooke is the director of the BBFC, and his signature appears before the start of every film in a UK cinema. The Torch Lady is the famous mascot of Columbia pictures, and likewise for Leo the Lion and MGM. Let's All Go To The Lobby is a jingle that was played at cinemas before a film. Livia scores five points for the beyond brilliant answer.

Onto your next question, what connects these clues? Here's the first

...wow, well done Liv, you genius...:amazed:...

Livia 11-12-2013 09:37 AM

It was a stab in the dark... I just happen to know the name of the director of the BBFC. If Tregard had started with any of the others I'd probably have had a different guess.

Or I am in his head... one or the other.
