Omg, I'm surprised how much I've started to like Donna since she moved in with Abi/Jay/Ben.

Can I also ask where the friendship between Sharon/Michelle and Carmel suddenly came from?

It feels more like they've suddenly realised "Crap, we've got Carmel involved with Max and now JWB has been revealed we've pulled Kathy into it, and clearly Meech/Sharon will remember him, but now we need Carmel to be in the circle of the longterm Walford females to make her subplot mean anything".

Not his biggest fan but, erm, why all the legacy characters being thrown in the bin?

Especially characters that actually make Kathy relevant? Was there a point in her returning?
