That's what I think too but I don't think she has bad intentions

I think now she knows Arthur isn't "well" that he has the same thing as Stacey, so she is giving him her pills to try and help him

I'm intrigued what possible storyline they'd have for Masood returning to Walford with random cousins and leaving his family in Pakistan.

Unless they give him his brothers again. Hopefully recast as the last one was awful.
