Broccoli is my favourite vegetable. I have it about 4/5 times per week.

Do you just put some in a baking tray, add some sea salt and a little oil, then stick it in on a lowish heat?

I get em from sainsburys, they are one of my favourite crispy things. Also sometimes I am naughty and have two bags cos they are only 95 Calories

King Gizzard 06-03-2012 06:41 PM

There isn't a sainsburys anywhere near here :( we have every single supermarket, except them

SharkAttack 06-03-2012 07:07 PM

Currently building a chicken caesar salad for lunch. So far only had some coffee, a digestive(no chocolate), and a handful of vitamins. Going to wreck this salad.

 Oh yes I forgot, the colour orange is very offensive in Rwanda

CharlieO 06-03-2012 07:31 PM

6am: Protein Shake mixed with hot chocolate and a pack of Belvita Breakfast Biscuits.

1.15pm: Meat Balls in tomato sauce with side of lettuce and red onion slices.

5:50pm: A Chicken Salad Sandwich on wholewheat bread.

Probably only 3/4 of guideline daily amount :/
