Unfollowed everyone that posted answers from it months ago and it is still haunting me

I have my different emails set up so that they all get forwarded through the email program on my computers, 6 different email addresses all go into their own folders so it's a lot of emails, anyway....my internet provider must have a problem going on because every single email is coming through 15 times, there is thousands coming through every few minutes, I delete them and they just keep coming!

2 for work stuff because I do different types of things
1 for websites and forums etc I join up to
My own domain email

And one is from an isp I had a while back and they just never removed my email so I still get some emails through there too (should really change it)

And I like them all to be organised and go into separate folders.

Seems a bit greedy to me
