I agree with the old boy on the gate... he is a loser and if he flew his drone over my property with the camera on, I'd bring it down with some birdshot. I admire some of these self-appointed "auditors", but sometimes they're out to antagonise. Get a bloody job, why don't you...

That's a bit unfair on them in my opinion. A lot of these auditors started up during covid to help with their mental health. A lot of them are young, and from deprived areas. I see them as a success story as they have built up enough of a youtube following to supply them enough income to support themselves and their families. A few of them are single fathers who dont have enough free time to work, the videos they make can be done in an hour or 2, which is a perfect way to make a living whilst the kids are at school.

I think the majority of them are a nuisance. I encourage people not to engage with them as they rely on interaction. They are self-appointed and have no regulation at all. Anyone can do it, whoever they are. They have to have a license and insurance for a drone but they're not required to show you if you ask. This is just my opinion, of course. I don't watch their videos because they're highly irritating and designed mostly to get a reaction when people inevitably make an arse of themselves.
