I love how the muliple accounts get banned so quick yet the trolls seem to be allowed to stick around.

The problem is though, with people just generally winding people up, they need warnings first, we cant autoban people for saying one dodgy thing, unless its really bad, whereas with multiple accounts, they can be banned straight away.
