Monday- 1.66m excl +1
Tuesday- 1.49m excl +1
Wednesday- 1.65m excl +1
Thursday- 1.65m incl +1
Friday- 1.52m incl +1
Saturday- 1.28m incl +1
Sunday- 1.58m incl +1

OK figures for BB, looks like an official of 1.6m like BB12 and BB13 if it stays like this, annoying that the Monday and Weds would have gotten 1.7m+ with +1.

Well I may aswell delete my painstakenly long reply seeing as the other officials were wrong lol.

These are week 2 yeah?

Oooh, we have +1 for the first three days now, so altogether.

Monday- 1.77m incl +1
Tuesday- 1.59m incl +1
Wednesday- 1.73m incl +1
Thursday- 1.65m incl +1
Friday- 1.52m incl +1
Saturday- 1.28m incl +1
Sunday- 1.58m incl +1

Great figures for Wednesday and Monday especially.

So happy to see that out of the 7 shows, 6 were above 1.5 million! And with the Saturday one being the only that wasn't, (as they're always lowly rated) it's still an excellent result! (btw - how was the holiday?)

Just looking at the ratings for other series my god BB13 was smashing it at this point.

BB12 wasn't really that far behind BB14/15 actually some episodes beating both and there was no +1 back then either it took while for BB14 to really build up didn't it.

BB15 is adding a lot in +1 figures.

BB13 really was smashing it at this point! And your right about BB14, starting from Week 4 is when it started dominating (so around next week in terms of this series). BB13 did the opposite between W4-5 because of the Euro and build ups to the Olympics.
Hoping BB15 does a BB14 and increases instead of a BB13!

Samm 30-06-2014 05:14 PM

The World cup ends after Week 5 so I'm hoping for the overnights to go up around about week 6

Actually looking at the BB13 ratings I really cant understand how it only got 1.6 with such a high launch and it was only really week 7, 8 and 10 had highlight shows falling below 1.5 :/

The 1st 6 weeks only 4 highlight shows dropped below 1.5 million and the rest were considerably higher, even the lower weeks don't look that low until week 10 they really wasn't dropping below 1.5 that much.

So BB15 is actually doing ok at this point we have had some dreadful overnights this last week or so though so hoping they do the same in officials.

I hate that opinion.

The Saturday show literally shows 5 minutes of the eviction and the rest is a new highlights show.

After almost a decade and a half people still cant get that into their head.

933k (4.5%) is without plus 1, +1 will probably add around 50k I think nothing to get excited about it should be released later today.

If the share is more important Channel 5 surely aren't happy with 4.5% when I heard somewhere they would be happy with a reliable 6% for the highlights.

LOL so true, my mum still refuses to watch the first highlights episode of any bb because she thinks its a repeat of the launch and a lot of the time some juicy stuff happens on those highlights like Jasmine Waltz getting her boobies out or the beanie snatch that some people totally miss.

Yeah true, Week 5 to Week 6 was the fatal blow that BB13 got and then the last week of BB13 finished it off. I mean the last 4 officials were 1.39m, 1.17m, 790,000 (closing ceremony) and 1.76m (final).

How much did you think it got? lol Its not doing to bad actually this series its about 300/400k behind BB not bad when its not even on a proper channel.

The day TOWIE beats BB is the day BB dies for me.

Sunday 22nd: TOWIE 920,000 including +1

Sunday 22nd: Big Brother: 1.3 including +1million

Wednesday 25th: TOWIE: 771,000 including +1

Wednesday 25th: Big Brother : 1.1 million including +1

The amount of times this has entered my head lol, I literally cannot believe Towie gets less than bb considering all of the media attention it gets and MIC and how everyone seems to know who Joey Essex is.

I know its like you would never see Gina on Im a celeb because even though she was on a higher rated show she isn't even z list.

They seriously are missing out some BB housemates would be tv gold on that!

Imagine Nikki Grahame haha.

I would LOVE to have seen what would have happened to Sallie/Gina/Hazel/Dexter if they were in an earlier channel 4 big brother I can imagine the ratings would have gone through the roof.

Completely agree, BB14 currently is like the BB3/BB5 of the Ch5 series as BB3and BB5 are the two highest raters on ch4, as BB14 is the highest Ch5 one. I imagine if on Channel 4, BB14 would have been a 5m sort of series if it was during the golden years of 2002-2006, especially as the Gina/Sallie thing happened on the first proper hl show!

Will. 01-07-2014 11:23 AM

We need a set of new housemates, The Helen show is turning away viewers!

Rob! 01-07-2014 11:47 AM

So much for Mondays being the highest rated day... It's really not that far off the Saturday rating :(

Just suggested it on DS, mass eviction followed by half a dozen more joyful newbies.

Yeah! Something BB hasn't done, BB's first ever Triple eviction! Get rid of 2 at once and interview them together.. then to shock the house get rid of one more for good measure.

Then put in 3 new housemates.. 2 girls and a guy (BB6-esque)
