Added a new rule...

**NEW RULE - ADDED 12/8/09** In the same U2U containing nominations, each member must state whether or not they would like to join another team. If they want to join another team then they put "Request to move to XY" If they do not want to move then they put "Stay with XY". The players that request a move will first have to be accepted by me into the new team, and then the leader of the team that the player is requesting to move to must accept them to confirm the move. **NEW RULE - ADDED 12/8/09**
