Another truth of mine -- I am very fickle. I can become attached to someone (or something) very quickly, but then get bored of them at the drop of a hat.

I've got Butterfly by Crazy Town in my head now after I read a thread with it in :P Music just flies in and out my head within the hour.

I'm the same as yourself. I actually sing to my bunny and guinea pig when the mood takes me. Very sad really.

Anything with wings that flies dangerously near me scares me to no end.

I used to be scared of dogs, but I think I've gotten over it, I'm not sure, I'm rarely around dogs.

That could be abandonment issues darling. I have the same problem from time to time.

Where I used to live, we had a butterfly sanctuary. You would've pissed yourself. The last time I went, there was a giant butterfly about 5 inches in diameter with wings closed (no kidding). He was resting on a tree, but I think if he had been flying around, I would've been out of there so fast.

I take an instant dislike to someone if I get the wrong impression, and will not ever change my mind.

Not on here and that, irl.

Because they can fly, they are worse than spiders in that respect. They don't even look elegant when they're flying around, they just look like they've hit the bottle. And their nasty scrawny legs... ugh!

 Don't even acknowledge that, in some alternate universe they could exist, just waiting to be unleashed on us!

I'm asthmatic but I almost never use my inhalers, so more often than not I have a chest infection, cold or cough of some kind. At the moment I have a really bad cough that might be an infection, not too sure. Being asthmatic also puts me off doing most sports because I'm afraid of humiliation.

I'm asthmatic too. Why do you not take your inhalers? If I don't take mine, my chest feels really tight. Horrible feeling.

I dunno really, I mean I do use them if I literally can't walk ten steps without needing to take several deep breaths, but I definitely don't use them as often as I'm supposed to. I think I like to kid myself into believing I don't need them, I really hate it, I feel as though it holds me back, even though I know it shouldn't and the inhalers are there for that reason.

What inhalers do you use? I have two. A purple and blue. I take the purple twice a day and that way I never have any breathing problems. I used to not bother taking them properly and would only take the blue when I had an asthma attack. Do you ever wake up in the night needing your inhaler?

Imagine yourself in the shower, enjoying yourself, you have your eyes closed not to get shampoo in your eyes and when you open them there is a massive one right next to you.
This happened to me. I had to get out of the shower shampoo all over my head and hair, it was starting to sting my eyes and run and get my dad. I was so scared. I actually felt my heart leave my body. :bawling:

Yep, that can happen if you don't take the preventative medication. If I'm not active or exercising my asthma gets bad. Apart from that it's ok, unless I overindulge in the wrong kinds of food.

A brown one, a green one and a blue one, meant to take them twice a day... Yeah sometimes I can't sleep at all until I've taken my inhalers, and other times I wake up in the middle of the night needing them, it's always worse if I have a cold and in winter in general. Summer is bad too, hayfever has started to affect me in recent years.

Enid 09-12-2009 04:29 PM

I used to get through my blue so fast, always waking up in the middle of night and taking about 4 or 5 puffs of it. Then I'd have asthma checkups with my doctor and lie about taking the purple, so he'd put me on stronger doses, hahah. What a **** up. I'm so glad I got my asthma sorted out though. I couldn't leave the house and go for a walk without needing my blue.
