And although I don't like what I've read about Matt, I still want him to come 2nd and am still a fan.

There is a difference in READING about people than how people come across on TV,we see and hear her,she does come across as she thinks she has this in the bag,and talks as though she knows ALL about the business.her best song was a ballad, she doesn't like doing ballads,so this is not what she would be 'singing'so I guess it would all be hip-hop,great if you like that sort of thing, personally I don't.

Yeah I know, but personally I think it's all for the stage. She acts confident and that, to make it look like nothing what anyone says bothers her, every week she comes out strong, and yet she takes criticism and listens to what the judges say too.. which is a good balance. She can sing though, she just prefers to do the rapping, which is her sort of style. It all depends on what sort of music you like really, obviously a lot of people like her style though... why she's got through every week.

I think the dream is that she dreamt she could actually sing well. And what's this new music she keeps talking about ? Rap's been around since the 70's :joker:

I thought the stairs were good actually, they fitted in with the song really well.

Yeah, but every single time she's done rapping and her usual stuff she's been fine, so I think it's safer that way.

Well I still agreed with Dannii, I would have liked to see her sing a ballad, i really enjoyed Stay and think Cher has a good voice when she just sings but I don't hate her rapping like I used to

Whats there to be jealous of? I am serious. I am jealous Rebecca and her model looks and amazing natural talent, but Cher looks like any other teenage chav you'd see sat in a park on a Friday night, guzzling cheap cider with her mates.

Why the need to bring Rebecca into it? We're talking about Cher not comparing her to someone else. Anyway Cher has natural talent, which is why she is in the semi final of a talent competition.

It seems to be bitter middle aged women who have the biggest problem with her. But then I cant blame them:

oh Babycakes..... you couldn't have put that across better if you tried.

She's a stupid little chav isn't she!! If nothing else, she's given me a great many giggles along the way with her stupidity. :joker:

Who are these bitter middle aged woman that you speak of? Oh, you mean people that will fall into the same age group as your parent and most of Cher fans', mothers...that sort of age group. I see, those type of people !! PMSL. :joker:

Rebecca was brought into the equation to give a sense of proportional balance to the 'you iz all jellus' nonsense being thrown around by young teens, who simply can't accept that there is more to dislike about Cher than her looks alone.

It's such a shame that her fans have so little to work with to defend their idol, that they have to resort to throwing very lame and bland comments around, hoping to insult people, when in fact, they are wide off the mark.

Her chavvy looks are only a smart part of Cher's problem. Actually, that's easiest part to sort out - a good makeover would do the trick.

The terrible voice and the bad attitude - now that will take quite some time to sort out. :joker:

Yes, Dermatalogica, a decent stylist and a vocal coach may have a positive impact. Sadly the attitude will most probably only improve with a large dose of humility, and maturity. One comes with time, the other has to be learnt through self awareness.

I'd suggest you quit your threats.... read what I wrote - you are too quick to pull out the 'wounded card' when it suits you - have a look and you will see I edited and posted again at the exact same time as you put up this reply above. Too quick and jump in there with both feet don't you. I hardly brought your family into anything - all I did was point out that every teen out there, you included, that their parent would fall into the middle age bracket. That is fact. FACT.

if you want to hurtle snidey insults around, be prepared for some reply to it - whether you like it or not.

This is a public forum, and I shall reply to any post I wish to. Whether it be your post or not, that's my choice to do so.

With the attitude she has, after watching her grimace with Danni last night, she's clearly not the quickest learner in town. The show's been on the go for about 8 weeks or so, and still she thinks she knows better.

She simply will not accept that she (a) doesn't have the best voice and (b) not every song will suit her. Silly little girl.

Sorry to disappoint you, but I am not middle aged. Unless being in your 20's is now considered to be middle age? Nice bit of ageism though, child..

Oh and Stacy, that picture of Cher you posted, I suppose we are meant to be stunned by her immense natural beauty or something? She actually looks like a Bratz doll with dead spiders stuck to her eyelids:joker:
