Well, if the "twist" put paid to one thing, it's the notion that Heaven is in the least spiritual. She's spent a lot of time telling everyone how selfless she is, but if that was true she'd have said immediately "pick me". I wasn't expecting it from the other two, but I thought after all she'd said, Heaven would have stepped up to the mark. But she didn't.
