I've put the lists in alphabetical order by first name, and did the same with the users, so that it's easier to navigate. I notice some people have Terry Pratchett on their list and he suffers from Alzheimers which is defined as a fatal brain disease. So doesn't that disqualify him as a candidate for the death list?

I'd say he's allowed because there are also people on the lists with heart conditions.

I'd tend not to class Alzheimers as "terminal" for the sake of this competition.
