Can you explain why it is a very good point.

People who are married, but separated and thus, are estranged - can legally become engaged. There is nothing to stop them. It is legal to do so.

Not that that has anything really to do with Jay and Louise mind you.

You can only be committing adultery if you are married and co-habiting with your spouse, if you are legally or otherwise mutually separated as clearly Aaron and his estranged wife are then neither even going with someone else would even be cheating let alone commitiing adultery.
As Jeremy Kyle would put it,they were broken up anyway. Adultery is cheating with another while still in a full marriage together,which would then be grounds for divorce.

As I said earlier, I wish Jay and Louise well, clearly it seems they have an attraction to each other and as long as they are happy that's all that really matters, similarly with Aaron and Faye, both Aaron and his estranged wife are free agents in fact and so I equally wish Aaron and Faye well in their relationship too.If that works out likely Aaron and his estranged wife will divorce fully.

Maybe this is a BB series where not just one but 2 relationships were formed that at least have some mileage in them.
