I do think he is good, we need more people who actually sing and actually write songs in the music industry.
I just hate the entire "set-up" they've forced on him. So contrived, purely to take swipes at The Voice. Even though the show he was on is separate to the one they're competing with on BBC 1.

He is good, I just thought he was very bland and overhyped.

The fact we'll have 6/10 singing acts in a variety show as well, just doesn't sit well with me.

They should have lumped all of the singers in one show/category to whittle them down to 2 for the final. At this rate it's gonna be like an X Factor Final.

I do think they should do that.

1 day singers (3 through)
1 day variety (3 through)
1 day dancers (3 through)
Wildcard.

I think they do need to change the selection process. I've never been a fan of the current one because it's always been the same thing - the variety and talent being sacrificed for the singers and dance troupes.

I loved Hope she was probably my favourite tbh but it would be ridiculous to have more singing acts in the finale.

Why so bitter?people will vote on who they like that is the way it's always been,just because they have different opinions doesn't make them morons.

Okay, morons is a tad harsh, but we already have somebody who plays the guitar and has a bland singing voice, we don't need another, even if he does sing his own music.

I thought Ryan was really good again tonight though so I hope he does go through but if Simon misses the chance to sign up a talent like his then I have a feeling he will regret not doing so.
I loved his song tonight and in this show tonight, the best really was kept until last.

I mean. Ryan is obviously topping the votes. I just hope Aqua and Billy take the other two spots and they give them both a place in the final.

But Hope will obviously take Billy's place.
