The people on Twitter (those whom I saw on the #saladgate trend) are a bunch of ****ing morons. I was expecting like me to go on there and see 'wow! loving this argument, great entertainment' etc but it was all 'UGH are they still arguing about sausages' and 'reminds me why I don't watch BB anymore, silly arguing over sausages'.

There was one tweet that really topped them all though, I was disgusted. It said 'I watch BB for entertainment, not arguments!'. What. A. Moron.

Maybe some people don't see arguments as entertaining though? Each to their own..

Ahh I saw a minority of negative tweets about the show itself. Most tweets I read were the fact people were finding it funny it was over a sausage, and that they actually enjoyed it. I saw a few "After the match, watch bbuk on +1 at 10, great rows" being sent to people.

But if we don't have arguments, we don't have drama, we don't have storylines, where do discussion topics come from, where do debates arise, how do forums like this keep afloat, how do shows like Bit On The Side and formerly Big Mouth continue to exist, what reason to people have to tune in? Without drama, arguments, bitching, storylines and general happenings we'd have nothing to discuss, nothing to watch and ultimately the show would fall flat on its face.

It's no surprise that events like Fight Night and Pantsgate recorded increased ratings and more discussion, a show like BB thrives off this kind of thing.

Ah, maybe it was just me then. That's good news :D

It's already making a difference on here, the forums have actually been active the past few nights because of all the scheming and gameplaying, it's making good viewing and talking points, a nice change too from just posting a joker smiley at someone getting shocked up the arse in a task.

Initially on launch night, I was very "meh" about Lydia, I didn't think she had much substance as a housemate. Boy, was I wrong!

Ok lydia still "apears" an outsider, but I honestly think shes been overlooked as i contender to actually win! expect those odds of 33-1 go down soon now as well, the 40-1 has now gone!
