Even Chris didn't get that kind of treatment - her worst for him was rolling eyes. So now my next thought - how often do we ever see her interacting with Shiv one on one?

I still think the Conor incident was of far greater concern than this Caroline one but kudos to Big Brother for stepping up their game in regards to giving out official warnings to housemates.

Absolutely. Conor threatened sexual violence against a woman and gets away with it, but Caroline gets a formal warning for a 'racist' remark. The thing is, there is no ambiguity in what Conor said, therefore there is no doubt involved, whereas it is debatable whether Caroline meant what she said as a racist remark.
I don't like either of them, but BB obviously doesn't give a damn about perceived violence and bullying of women, but anything slightly resembling racism is seen by them as much, much worse.
I abhor both, but isn't the 'it might have been racism' stance been taken too far by BB - given that Conor didn't get a formal warning for an outrage that was blatant and had no doubt attached to it as to his feelings?

I don't like her, but i agree..I don't think she meant it racially..What killed me what that in that same tirade she made a statement about his hair..With that things she has going on her head, she should be the last one to comment on hair..

Brits have got to cool it with this stuff. You have to understand, there was this Shilpa story that went international. NOT because of the reason Brits think it was international news. It was used as a kind of shaming example of just how ridiculous, OTT-PC, and really pathetic the UK had become with micro-managing thinkspeak and this kind of thing.

I would call Adam a 'Sasquatch'. Which is a kind of North American Ape (legendary). Because he looks like a big gigantic tall hairy slope-shouldered lumbering dude with big black hair. He does.
If he had long white hair we might call him a 'Yeti monster'.
He could also be compared to a big gorilla. People also thought George Bush Jr looked like a Chimp. People have compared Barack Obama's healthcare schemes as 'Witch doctor medicine'. That's the reason why I think she knew exactly what she meant when she said it. If she had meant it in a non-racist way, she would not have a problem explaining herself.

I liked her initially, but lately she has been showing herself to be a nasty piece of work. It's funny how we let things pass, but she has been such a vicious person from the start - especially with her reaction to Victoria's eviction. Most people would just keep still - this little sociopath did not know how to act like a sensible person.

She reminded me of the girl from the 3rd or 4th omen - the one who pushed the nanny out of the window.

The movie, The Bad Seed, also comes to mind - sociopath is the common theme here.

I'm in America and can assure you that you can call a black person a disgusting Sasquatch, but that means nothing compared to calling a black person a monkey, gorilla, ape, or baboon. These words have weight because of their historical association. Don't act like they don't.

You can call Becky a dolphin or a shark, but you call her a whale and you know people are going to interpret it differently.

We don't live under a rock, so people need to choose their words wisely. If your boss is an ass to you, you don't tell him off because you know there are consequences. The same logic applies here.

caroline is kind of clueless so she might not get what she said, i agree the pc issue can go over the top but to call a black man a gorilla is hard to defend on any terms, bb did the right thing

That comment had a racist undertone and she knows damn well it does, she could have called him: pig, whale, donkey, elephant and that animal kingdom list goes on and on but of course out of all the possible animals she could have called him, she chose gorilla, the one that will have the most undertones given the fact that Adam is a black man.
